The Yoga of Awakening with Seane Corn

Internationally celebrated yoga teacher and activist Seane Corn will lead a unique vinyasa flow master class she titles "The Yoga of Awakening," followed by an informal conversation. The class is for all levels and will be held outdoors in the grass at Tercentenary Theatre (in front of the Memorial Church).

11:30am-12pm: Participants arrive
12-1:30pm: The Yoga of Awakening (class is 90 minutes, but participants may leave early if necessary; if departing early, please place yourself towards the outside edges of the group)
1:30-2:30pm: Conversation and Q&A with Seane on Memorial Church Porch

Please bring a yoga mat or towel and water bottle. This class will be held outdoors, and while the area is shaded by trees, wearing sunscreen is recommended for your safety. Rain location: Harvard Dance Center Studio 1, 66 Garden Street
