The Plaza is a large flexible use, outdoor piazza, available to the Harvard community for University events and activities. Common Spaces programs the space for a wide variety of purposes to promote and enhance the academic, social, and cultural wellbeing of Harvard’s students, faculty, staff, and academic personnel.

The Plaza Tent (Fees Apply):
Available for a fee during the fall and spring for large-scale Harvard events and programs. Events with over 300 people will be given priority. Requests for use of the Plaza Tent are reviewed on a rolling basis, twelve months in advance of the requested date. Recognized student organization full-day use is $2,500 and $1,250 for half-day use. For Harvard school and department-organized activities, please contact the events@harvard.edu for pricing and to coordinate your request.
